What does the Republic Capital Bear represent?
There was a time when the California Grizzly thrived in the Golden State.
The story goes that you could expect to see 10 Grizzlies for every mile you ventured.
Yet with the Goldrush, and so-called progress and growth, little room was afforded for this icon of California life, and sadly it was pushed toward extinction in California.
Today, a similar demise is taking place in our industry. The high level of personalized service that was once so prevalent among TPA’s is being threatened by unchecked expansion. With so many recent mergers and acquisitions, TPA’s that once delivered on their promise of quality and individual focus, have instead lost sight of customer needs. They have simply become too big, too busy, and too detached to provide their clients with the services they need and deserve.
We’ve seen it first hand… at one time we were a part of it… and now we are determined to provide outstanding service and elite claims handling.
