Growing TPA’s appeared to focus more on profits and investor interests, while losing sight of their clients’ needs… and they could no longer deliver the type of personalized workers compensation insurance claims management these companies deserved.

We witnessed it happen, we were once a part of it… and we knew change was necessary.
